Can I ship my order straight to a friend?

Yes of course you can. Here at candle Occasion we are all about sharing the love, especially when you can’t see each other. To do this, when you are checking out please select a different delivery address to your billing address and your order will be sent to your lovely friend.

Is the invoice in the parcel?

No we do not include invoices in the parcel. This is for a couple of reasons. Firstly, no pricing is included in the shipment as many of our lovely candles are sent as gifts. Secondly, in line with our values, we are trying to minimise our footprint on our beautiful planet as much as we can. Less paper, less waste, saving more trees! Your invoice will be sent to you digitally on the email you have provided for us.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently we ship to the UK including Northern Ireland.

How long does shipment take?

Once we have your order ready, shipment takes between 2 and 5 days.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return my item?

You will receive an invoice for your order on the email that you provided for us. On the invoice there will be a link to fill out an online return form. Once you have filled this out pop a note in the parcel you are returning with your order number and name and send it back to the following address;

What do I do if I have made a mistake on my order?

We understand mistakes are easy to make. Just drop us an email with your order number, explaining your mistake and we will sort it out for you. No problem.

What do I do if I receive a damaged Item?

Firstly, we are really sorry that you received a defective or damaged item. Your happiness is our happiness, and we will of course be more than happy to replace the item. Check out the delivery and returns section on the website to see how to do this.

Why does my promotional code not work?

Sometimes it can be as simple as a misspelling, or the code is in lower case instead of uppercase and vice versa. Some of the promotional codes are only valid once and cannot be used in conjunction with other codes. They are also not valid on sale items. What do I do if I have an issue with my order?

Please email us at hello@candleoccasion.co.uk. Include your order number and the issue you are having with the item or delivery.

What do I do if I don’t receive a confirmation email?

Don’t worry, check your spam/junk inbox to see if it is there. If you still can’t find it just drop us an email at hello@candleoccasion.co.uk with your full name, shipping address that is on the order.
